Oh yes yes I read this, thank you! :) Anyway, I agree 1010101% with Scaruffi about the Beatles. Perhaps though some songs, unlike Scaruffi, I love. Lucy in The Sky With Diamonds... or While My Guitar Gently Weeps... hmmm.

I believe that "On An Island" is the best song by Gilmour as a solo artist. It's simply beautiful, and the final solo is something else. David has been using the same technique for a thousand years, but I'll never get tired of it. There's not a single composition that I don't like. I had an immediate love for the album the first time I heard it.
