Um, I might also seem quite naive but... I had gotten there... indeed, such a similarity (regarding the perspective use of color fields) seems rather bold to me... although reevaluated in hindsight, the innovative contribution of the master from Aix has no equals among the greats of the Nineteenth century... however, the Bulgnes has over 50 years of difference.

I didn't quite understand the Cézanne/Morandi comparison?!...

Completely agree... or rather, I should say, completely agree halfway... because if something is a drag, it's unbearable, and I don't think I've ever listened to the disculo number one all the way through... by the transitive property: the little mouse gave birth to a mountain... of poop!!!

Holy shit, I'm stuck in a den of "progressive jumpers"... Everyone is getting high on "Rush" and going down for a gangbang... Are we sure the "Splinter" is consenting??!... Hey, but I can even spot some minors among the orgiastic figures!!... Better get the hell out of here fast!

Everyone is free to have their own opinion... personally, I enjoy the neologistic reviews of messer Sfasciacarrozze or the disheveled ones by AlessioIRIDE with great pleasure (to cite two rather familiar examples on these pages), and I'm certainly not the only one who thinks so. Anyway, it was a "boutade" devoid of real malice, mine. Regards.

"May I be allowed to ask you, carver and tenderizer of limbs and innards of assorted beings with red and white flesh, to provide me, for a fair and prudent compensation, with a quantity of mixed ground meat (specifically of pork origin), properly spiced and suitably stuffed in adequate portions of natural casings. A quantity that is proportionate to the daily needs of an individual of my same size and stature, mind you! Isn't it customary to address someone who is accustomed to wielding knives and cleavers like this?! ; ).

I would give a 2 to the comments with the classic syntactic-lexical considerations (not to mention the structuralist-reviewer aspect... in full post post-modernism, it truly makes little sense) that feel so much like corrective notes from a high school Italian literature professor... a professional category that has indeed become stale and moldy for quite a few decades now (do even the missed vowel elisions feel too "old fashioned"?! ;)!

Errata corrige: Tony was the bassist, while the missing member, also in the "Italian" version of the series, was named Paul (him on guitar).

Alright, let's avoid messes and random paraphrases and try to clarify (but also flatten) the matter. From my side, if you reread the comments posted, I never referred to minimalism tout court... I simply used a small hyperbole on the term "post-minimalist" associated by Saputello with the hominid, and I placed Cage there absurdly precisely due to the essay he wrote and mentioned above (which perhaps you should take a look at)... the issue sounds more understandable when framed in such terms, even if now it has lost all the flavor of the paradox?!...

If you read (or perhaps reread) the most famous essay by the little puff, you might understand how it fits... rather, I don’t understand what minimalism has to do with Mister Cooper, since he himself has repeatedly acknowledged his love for the Impressionist piano style.
