Fresu possesses the gift of ubiquity. Dozens of dizzying albums, dozens of different projects, dozens of concerts. But his tirelessness and prolificacy make him redundant in his discography releases, like the 5 (!) albums with the quintet that recently came out in rapid succession, if not simultaneously (each dedicated to one of the musicians), of which, let’s face it, none are fundamental. Could it be that too much is too much, every now and then? Anyway, live he is undoubtedly valid, and he is one of the most versatile musicians, although he is not among my favorites. Very, very nice review!
