"Don Raffaè", written in a maccheronic Neapolitan that is very understandable, talks about an intellectual who in the evening gathers everyone and reads the newspaper, explaining the news. Here begins De Andrè's harsh attack on the State, borrowing the words of Spadolini in Palermo during one of the many mafia massacres: "I am dismayed, I am indignant and I commit myself...". SO MANY MISTAKES... IT DOESN'T RELATE TO THE SONG AT ALL.
