I was also curious because he played a lot of Litfiba songs. It was a fantastic concert, very energetic, with even songs like Gira nel mio cerchio and Paname. Luckily, there were few new songs. Pelù is a great frontman, especially when he's very flashy. Lately, he has been too well-groomed, too MTV. Litfiba lost a lot with Maroccolo's departure. Nevertheless, they created some nice songs even after Litfiba 3, although they are more easy listening (Fata Morgana above all).

I saw him at the Tunnel in Milan many years ago opening for someone, maybe the Gene. He was in such bad shape that I wanted to give him something. I don't see this great genius even though his records always receive positive feedback. Sometimes I wonder how these consistent musicians like Moltheni manage to sustain themselves and keep releasing records for so many years. At least Fiumani collects the royalties from Siberia...
