Is it my impression or does the way the album title is written on the cover (which is not bad by the way) slightly resemble that of "Earthling" by the Duke? In any case, I need to listen to it as soon as possible.

Bartle, I’ve listened to “Battle Hymns,” “Hail To England,” some of “Sign Of The Hammer,” this one, “Kings Of Metal,” “The Triumph Of Steel,” and a few scattered tracks from the albums that followed. Maybe my judgment on “Fighting The World” is tied to personal memories, maybe I don’t absolutely love the early phase of Manowar (aside from “Battle Hymns,” which is really great, and “Into Glory Ride,” which I haven’t listened to), the fact remains that “FTW” is my favorite of theirs, without taking anything away from “Triumph” (which comes just after), the aforementioned “Battle Hymns,” and “Kings.” Maybe it's just me, who knows...

How nice, you've distorted the title of an album...

Their best album. A review that goes beyond nonsense.

Bought from Amazon.com and arrived this morning. "Absent Friend" is the track that almost brought me to tears, perhaps one of my favorite psychedelic tracks from the '90s.

Supersoul, do you read what I write or do you say I'm talking about things I haven't seen just to give you a fake-superior tone? I haven't seen any of the three films, which is why I said "I'll abstain" at the end of the first post, except for the correction of the direction of one of the two films I mentioned. The "someone" mentioned in the post in question is a person I'm in contact with (who is also rather unpleasant) online...

Slip: "The Day of the Owl" is by Damiani, Petri directed the other film I mentioned.

I still haven't seen it, unfortunately. Some say it's not even remotely comparable to a "Todo Modo" or the "Giorno Della Civetta" of Petriana memory. I'm abstaining.
