Review on the brink of (cir)conciseness. Did you have the excise on the word count weighing on you? Bullshit aside, it remains worthy and interesting. Hats off to NoMeansNo. Personally, I prefer some of their other albums to this one, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's a great album!

But can't you simply re-read it and decide to send it when you think it's ready? This seems written in a solid 20 seconds, with the only option being a comma (as if it's ever appropriate to use a period!). But then, what kind of review is it if you just say you really like it?
