Monotonous arrangements? Suddenly shooting off the first nonsense that comes to mind? Maybe the nonsense is what you write, and I'm talking about objective data, not tastes. The fact that he hasn't made decent records since "Moondance" means you should have listened to them all to say that, and it seems difficult considering how many he's made. I only know "Into the Music," which is a beautiful album, even if it's a significant step below this one.

In fact, just like every characteristic voice can be liked a lot or can be quite annoying. As for the rest, great pieces, let’s be clear, but the voice is too important in albums of this kind, and it gives me hives ;-)
