But who is directing, the same Coppola from "Apocalypse Now" and "The Conversation," or that little brat of a daughter?
Voto:
take it easy guys, the album is going to suck and we all agree on that, but Ferretti is someone who deserves our utmost respect, he has been and will always be different, whether on the left or the right, whether against God or with Pope Ratzinger, whether his mind is functioning or he is missing a screw...

If Buried Dreams is a masterpiece and the ultimate expression of Clock DVA and truly deserves a 5, A Man-Amplified deserves a 4.
great review

Actually, show him the video of De Gregori singing "Alice non lo sa," maybe he’ll really decide to start up the flying saucer and check the laser gun.

And what does it mean... I don't see why that pure-hearted alien should be scandalized by that flamboyant gay guy Dee Snider and instead bless the mohawks of the Exploited.

great genius look, if that same alien with that same parable had seen the shitty Rotten spitting on people, Darby Crash slicing himself with a razor on stage, Lux Interior giving blowjobs to the microphone, it would have enlisted even grandma to go exterminate the earthlings

My God, I wouldn't want to, but I have to quote Powerdrift at 100%... just the beginning... The Waterboys... and then Mike Scott takes the group's name not from Lou Reed's "Berlin," but from the track "The Kids" found on the Berlin album! ...you say it’s an album that encompasses hard rock, jazz, and blues, but that the emblematic song of the group is "This is the Sea" with classic folk instruments in the foreground... and then, but this is strictly a personal opinion, the Waterboys showed their best capabilities in "Fisherman's Blues." But could it be that the problem is what someone else has already pointed out: schools are closed and the kids don't have a damn thing to do?

I completely disagree with the comparison to Apocalypse Now; Cimino's film portrays what can happen to a group of redneck friends from a crappy American town when something great and incomprehensible strikes their lives and their loved ones. Coppola's film is an initiation into evil.... if you find yourself above every rule, you create your own rules.

You will buy the reissues, not me; if you're a perfectionist, buy the ECM records...

...but I don’t have any record of him ever writing a song about the Portella delle Ginestre massacre... eh eh eh
