...remind your worthy little buddy defender that he’s voting for a record (four horsemen) he has never heard. I told you in unguarded times to take a vacation, you two... now you're the laughingstock of the site.

1) It was listed under the name Rolling Stones because Debaser's database automatically catalogs it as a Rolling Stones album. 2) It's not even a screw-up by Debaser because it's almost always (wrongly, in my opinion) credited to the Rolling Stones. 3) Comparing it to the stars for "Exile on Main Street" is nonsense that shows a lack of maturity, especially since Blackdog is working hard like Moana's trans to say it's not a Stones album. And then if he gives 4 stars to those wimps Prefab Sprout for "Protest Song," maybe I was wrong not to give 5 to this one. Question: But is shame included in your range of feelings, Blackdog, or are you more of a Moggi type?

Of course not, I did my research... the newspapers are full of stories reporting cases of people who went on stage and had their heads severed by the bites of Gaaaahl. It’s you who’s bordering on ridiculous, Fallen.

Blacchedogghe, if for "Ecstasy" you were underage, maybe by the following "Moana e il trans" you had turned a year older to be the protagonist alongside her...

@ole this is just a part of the Crass lyrics that are truly remarkable and put music in the background. I'm about to leave in a hurry, I'll read the message later.

Do you know what your problem is, Andre? You have blinders and ear muffs on; you go ahead fueled by information gathered from Wikipedia, and that's why your reviews turn out poorly. I’ll take a bit of time to copy you some translated text from Crass: "In principio era la luce, mi hanno detto, ma qualcuno deve aver tagliato i fili e ora siamo peruti nel buio eterno, in cerca di una candela da accendere. Molte piccole candele, speranze isolate, deboli fiamme nel vento, piccola gente perduta che non sa incontrarsi. Piuttosto che lottare assieme siamo corsi come lemmings verso il mare, in verità nessuno intende unire le proprie forze a quelle degli altri. E' molto più facile che ognuno afferri quello che può per proprio conto." So, do you think the Crass are nihilists?

I mind my own business, but the problem is that with your USELESS spamming, you're turning my dick into confetti... But if you're a psychology student so capable that you point out contradictions by comparing the review and the rating, and you think you're qualified to rate the album (without having listened to it) by giving it a 4 to correct its unintentional evaluation error... then what can I say: ECCE HOMO.

A classic like Lovecraft has nothing to do with it, and the influence is mostly from low-end pulp literature and comics. And indeed, this film is pure pulp. If you pay attention, the scene of the woman swimming on the surface viewed from below is referenced by Spielberg at the beginning of Jaws. For me, Jack Arnold's best work is the one mentioned by Bubi, in Italian Radiazioni BX distruzione uomo.

Ps: regarding the Velvet, listen to "Ballad of Jerry Curlan" on this record and be amazed.

Let's give gg junior credit for the courage to immerse himself in the muck that is the birth of hardcore, pulling out gems that go beyond the overhyped Black Flag... That said, I would argue that he severely lacks in illustrating the merit of bands like the Angry Samoans; in fact, Saunders and Turner were not just any fools but music critics, and their influences were people like the Sonics and the Velvet. The sound may seem meager, but when the three guitars create a wall of sound, it's a bit like an army of locusts has swept through, leveling the harvest in the fields. And playing with them was also Jeff Dahl, who has had a long solo career. Commendable the proposal, but truly weak in advancing a discussion that should captivate quite a few others beyond the usual enthusiasts of American hardcore. A missed opportunity.
