Nice story. But the album deserved a few more words.

Oh, but there was this one who filled us with her psycho-Catholic crap... what was her name? ALIA, I think... she wrote a review about Pink Floyd saying they were the devil for a whole series of reasons that, despite my evangelical upbringing... I really struggled to understand. Well, isn’t that Max Cady her??? At least I hope it’s her, because otherwise, if these two meet, and maybe even reproduce... we’re done for! But at least she seemed to understand a bit, just a tiny bit, about music...

Max Cady's first comment left me speechless. And that's rare for me... quite rare. I don't know what to say; I don't want to be vulgar or blasphemous, but the only one throwing curses seems to be him. What a pettiness, masked by a pseudo-Catholic bigotry from the late fifteenth century. Since Cady writes so well... I wholeheartedly invite him to write somewhere else. Hooray, I managed not to be vulgar; what a struggle.

I bought it and listened to it. A really pleasant record. Nothing epic, but it oozes class and evokes, quite well, with modern sounds and excellent production, the glories of the past.

Bah. In fact, you have a lot to say, but the Italian, aside from the typos, is a bit shaky, in my opinion. How many reviews of the same album are we at? 3432525345254 thousand? This makes me happy for the attention given to an Italian band full of ideas, reasonably talented, and stubbornly alternative (at least in intent). However, after a while, reading about the same album gets a bit tiring... [For the record, the double album at the price of a single was also done by Silvestri...]

How much I love FABER. And this album is a clear manifesto of his art and his pure talent. A good review, heartfelt and straightforward.

As I have said multiple times, I struggle to buy the 23rd edition of the same album. I already have three copies and I've run out of space. bytheway... I confess I couldn't resist, and a couple of months ago I bought this very album in original English press vinyl! So, I prefer the vintage crackles to the digital remaster.
The album is sparse, especially compared to the overproductions of A.R., for example. And yet it is fascinating. Listening to it on vinyl gave me the same emotions that the excellent London describes so well.

Fabrizio, the older your music gets, the more I miss you. Great review.
