Marò Ole, if even Fusi says they are a drag, they must be terrible. I think I'll try to listen to them and then I'll come to insult you.

Ole: you won't believe it, but just tonight, at DeMeeting, we were reflecting on your shyness and consequent lack of connection with the Captain. Finally, you've opened up. Great job, even though I doubt they can like me. So make sure to keep it going. And also to come to the next DeMeeting.

Come on, aren't "Rap-put" and "Cara Ti amo" misogynistic pieces? I mean, they have that classic Italian mentality of poor people where all women are just whores, except for mom and your girlfriend when she’s your girlfriend. What annoys me is the exaggeration that surrounds them; just read Venusiano's post, they seem like intellectual elites. And don’t worry, they act pretty full of themselves too. I mean, you enjoy yourselves with these four idiots, that’s your business, everyone has their fun as they wish. But then don’t come boasting about them as if they’re something special. They’re just four idiots who made money acting like idiots and pretending to be geniuses. That’s it, and tonight we talk about something else.

Fusi: first of all, I don't understand why you're replying to me here, you could have just hit me with an umbrella tonight :-). I brushed it off because it doesn’t seem to me that Elio deserves too much. It's just that last time, dear Fusi, when I explained in detail why I can't stand them, you limited yourself to a "do me a favor!" So I repeat what I explained more sensibly last time. Musically, they are virtuosic musings indebted to the worst of Zappa and the worst of progressive (I mention the Yes cover band because technically I'm not disputing that they’re good, it’s just that they are mortally boring). The lyrics, as Busi would say, have the humor of "boobs, dicks, asses, and priests" (the same humor as Boldi). Lastly, I hadn't mentioned the Skiantos, who entertain me six hundred thousand times more and are not boring, but the Squallor. Which, let me reiterate, in the late '70s, during a time of political engagement, were treated and considered four right-wing idiots because they talked about sex and were a bit sexist. Now, Elio and his friends' humor, identical to that of the Squallor, is just fine, they are left-wing and very funny. I still believe they are vulgar, crude, and a bit sexist too. In short, I can't stand them. Can I say that, without it seeming like bullshit, in three lines, without necessarily writing a dissertation about these four idiots?

Tepes, what are you doing, too many reviews! I'm always curious about all these groups indiscriminately, but I will never find the time to listen to even one. After all, they’re all the same and I’ll dislike them all, right?

P.S. The one in the review is for "those who criticize Elio don't understand him". Of course, as I already said, to understand Elio you need to be a graduate of Yale, have read all of Schopenhauer, and taken courses with Stockhausen. Björk, in fact, who graduated from Tübingen, doesn't understand them but appreciates them (sorry dear if I drag you into this, just joking :-))

I frame the comment from the Sarcastic Venusian and carry it in my pocket. Help! Unconditional support for Rocknrollsuicide, Muffinman, and Djmushroom. They are on the level of Boldi and are supposedly smarter than a cover band of Yes, and they know how to play. Sure. (This is Gerry Calà, as funny as Elio and sings better).

Dear Poletti, since I irritate you so much, I’ll respond. Also because you haven’t said anything right: yes, I am a pain in the ass. I obviously know nothing about your life, and I couldn't care less. I only comment on the bullshit you say about DeB. You’re the one who, when short on arguments, calls me a leghista. I could be wrong, I'm not infallible, but it's not the first time I've had the strong feeling that you're talking about a film you haven't seen. However, since you’re a bit presumptuous, you’ll never admit that. And so you come back with nonsense that makes no sense at all. When Deneil tells you: the protagonist of Johnny Guitar is Joan Crawford, you should find a bit of modesty in your little soul and say: you’re right. And that’s it. Instead, you immediately jump in and say something stupid. The protagonist is Hayden! But where, but when, did you even watch the film? Damn, he’s remembered for Crawford in any history of cinema. No, you're right, me, Deneil, and Super are three idiots who are talking nonsense, sent by the CIA to destroy the subversive Poletti. Alright, I believe that besides us three idiots, someone else has seen Johnny Guitar or has read a history of cinema and will draw their own conclusions. Au revoir.

@Ole, try reading his reviews on Zappa, they're not always that straightforward :-)
