It's called "Open Season," and there's a beautiful solo piano version of "One Evening" by Gonzales.

I don't know, primiballi, I obviously respect your opinion, but I have a strong feeling that after the initial enthusiasm, when "Tutu" really seemed to open new doors, and was quite "used" in the late '80s, two decades later it feels dead and buried. To put it another way, since it was recently discussed elsewhere, I think about how "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts" is still relevant and essential. You might say: different things. But I was actually making a point about how certain things appear monumental upon release and then... Here’s Tutu, it seemed enormous when it came out, and it was for two or three years, but in the end, the Miles that remains is also the one that is quite overlooked. In short, "In the Corner," apart from the box set, which, excuse my ignorance, I don't know, has already been rediscovered and brought back to life for six or seven years. I think of two of the best British pop bands, Blur and Radiohead, who have listened to it more than a couple of times. Not to mention all the DJs who carry it around...

I quote Blacky: the initial triptych is great, but then it loses some momentum. I'm puzzled by two factors: that his best work is the remix album and that he has never sung as well as on the Kings of Convenience album (and maybe with Broken Social Scene). Four stars of encouragement.

A album that seemed extremely important at the time of its release but has aged very poorly. It would be interesting to go back and read the reviews from that period to see how many were blind to its shortcomings. It certainly didn't pave the way for anything, whereas "On The Corner," which I believe is about fifteen years older, feels much more relevant.

Beautiful is the definition of viking metal, much more satanic they are than those Norwegian buffoons :-)

In fact, the Coppola dynasty could really use that excellent head cutter, Kurtz. Even though "The Virgins..." wasn't bad. I don't even know whether to dismiss it as crap or... anyway, the review isn't bad.

In the end, you did it Arnold: great job, much better than I would have been able to do. So 5 for everything.

But then you're not just listening to stuff I don't like! :-) Try, if you can, to listen to "Casa di legno" as well. The best Italian track of the year (perhaps). Bye!

Beautiful, you discuss me among yourselves. What an honor. Just to say that a) Amarok, you're really a poor thing, someone who boasts about their degrees... you could have also told me that you’re sleeping with unimaginable chicks and you’d have struck gold b) Aura, I have never associated with Lina Sotis, but I have with the English Ladies... it's to them that I owe everything. In particular, for giving a one to the reviews I don't like and not to the DeBaseristi that I find annoying, so much so that I gave Fidia a 5 more than once.
