Antony and the Johnsons I Am a Bird Now

Ghemison, you are priceless... first you say that you couldn't care less about what I think, and then you say that I evade answers. Aristotelian, I must say. I should respond to someone who doesn't give a damn about what I think. A fool, yes, but not to that extent.

Without being aggressive, it's not like he collaborates with just anyone; it was Current 93 who asked him to release the first album with their record label and to do a couple of splits with him. It's clear that, besides them, everyone else has lost their minds, from Lou Reed to Bjork. Equally clear is that it might disgust you.

Since you don't give a damn about what I think, I don't understand why you come to read my reviews. In the future, refrain from doing so. Consistency is not a bad virtue.

Clamecojoni, what a beautiful declaration of intelligence, how amazing you are, you don’t listen and you’re here commenting. WoW!. But how about you go fuck yourself, besides in England.

a) the object is judged by the same, not by its meaning; b) neither Radiohead nor their listeners seek psychedelia... do you want some low-cost psychedelia from 2007? Caribou/Andorra; c) how boring, as if we needed a negative review a priori. Rivoli, quoque Tu, you who are one of the funniest on this site? Azzo Bertoncellato, after eight days he still can't manage to move: a solid 5.

P.S.: since I love controversy, I forgot to thank the other visitors. As always, thank you, too kind, you really are over the top.

Ghemison, without putting myself into controversy, as I don't feel like it. However, this is the second time you've come to give judgments on an album (NB on an album, not on my review, even though you said I was off track on the Winehouse, here that I'm exaggerating), without having listened to the entire album. Now, since both albums don't last more than thirty-five minutes, strange cases of modern times, I would advise you to at least listen to the albums in full before giving a judgment. Because my feeling is that yours is merely a subjective opinion, a bit pretentious, while mine tries to be objective judgments. Come on, if "Medulla" becomes a classic, as Supersoul would say, I’ll give you my turntable. This is coming from someone who is a fan of Bjork, while of Antony, fundamentally, after just a couple of albums, I'm a respectful listener.

Now it all adds up... you know, I always thought, before listening to it on CD, that it was a printing error on the vinyl (it's slowed down compared to "Closer"). I never really understood why it gives that "out-of-tune" effect. Perhaps it's a lack of tuning with the bass? It would take the clever intervention of some organic organist.

How boring to always have to give you a 5, and you didn't even come to see my review on Antony. P.s.: You mistyped Stainway for Steinway (Uargh!).
