Alright, if we're now going to discuss Sandrelli... what does she have to do with Milo? Sandrelli is a piece of history of Italian cinema from the last forty years, and actresses better than her in that time frame can be counted on the fingers of one hand (Vitti, Melato, who, however, made very few films, maybe Cardinale, with the big limitation that she had to be dubbed, and then?).

Alright, the usual deadlock. One says one thing, and they tell you that you supported another. What does Pippo Franco have to do with it? Wilder came to shoot some scenes in Italy, he needed a character actor, and Pippo Franco is a very good character actor (he runs a funeral home, if I remember correctly). No one has claimed that the directors I mentioned are superior to those cited by Poletti. I would like to point out that Johansson, Allen's new muse, acted with Coppola just like Argento. I conclude by reiterating that I recommend you watch "Compagna di viaggio" and I quote Mereghetti, only because I fully agree: "Notable Argento, perfectly able to interact with a sacred monster like Piccoli." I would say that 90% of Italian actresses would kill their mother to receive such a review. P.S. Who has talked about the superiority of American cinema? I only said that there is tremendous competition and that the quality of acting is quite high (and don't bring Stallone or Schwarzenegger into this, I'm talking about quality cinema).

Several times it has come through my hands and I was about to buy it, then I hesitated. It seems I've done well, even though the curiosity remains, and sooner or later...

I have a little idea, Ghemi: maybe because they are Ferrara, Van Sant etc. and you are Ghemison.

Beautiful Super. However, a bit too much enthusiasm for an album that seems inferior to "Dayglo" to me. I mean, the label change cleaned up the sound a bit, while I preferred the more raw sound of the Sub Pop era. An underrated combo anyway: I saw them live during the tour for this album, and as you noted, they were even Hendrixian. 5- for the review, 3.5, I agree with Don, for the album.

I reiterate that it’s incongruous. I didn't say "Asia Argento is a good actress, as proven by the fact that she has been awarded by the Academy." I said: she can't be that much of a bitch if she's the only Italian actress working with American directors of, whether you like it or not, quality. It's pointless for me to remind you of which many great actors have worked with Ferrara, Van Sant, and Coppola. Argento may have the surname, which surely helped her work with Romero, a family friend, but with all the others, she went for her audition and got the part. Now, I allow you to consider that getting a part in a Ferrara film involves a bit more competition than landing a role in an Italian TV drama. After that: do you dislike her because she's unpleasant, conceited, or whatever else? That has nothing to do with her acting skills. In the States, you work because you’re good, not because you have a nice ass. Can you tell me which other Italian actress has worked more than her in the States? Yet many have tried, from Bellucci to Golino (who is highly regarded here) to the terrible Cuccinotta, all of whom, by the way, are more attractive than Argento.

I'm sorry Desade, but your reasoning is quite incongruous and doesn't follow my line of thought. What do the nonsense of the Academy have to do with an actor's talent? However, there are some minor issues that are difficult to contest. a) The market for actors/actresses in the USA is immense b) they rarely hire a non-native speaker c) he has worked with Ferrara, Van Sant, and Coppola, not in Police Academy 7. I conclude by inviting you to watch a film he starred in with Michel Piccoli, "Compagna di viaggio," and then let me know your thoughts. Too often, people confuse the fact that he is the lead in unlikely roles in bad movies with him not knowing how to act.

Captain, but how, weren’t you gay? Sorry, you know I can’t resist a good nonsense at one o'clock. In canasta, I play both as third and fourth :-) Hi.

Live, I have no reason to doubt. The association was given by Unkle/Brown, Chemical/Burgess. Both, although not great singers in my opinion, have the ability to find unmatched melodic ideas for singing. It's no coincidence that they were invited to collaborate by the aforementioned.

So advanced that I had to listen to it a few times to grasp its greatness. You could have spent a few more words on "Taxim," which is a kind of mini-epic, if I may be so bold.
