"I've heard of 'Tapping The Vein' many times but I've never listened to it closely... I really like the early Sodom albums, 'Persecution Mania', 'Agent Orange', 'In The Sign Of Evil' and 'Better Off Dead', but I haven't followed the subsequent ones much. As soon as I read the title of the Saxon album "The Power And The Glory," I said: "I bet Defender85 reviewed it!?" And so it was! I really like this album, especially the seminal "The Eagle Has Landed" and the beautiful title track. It's not a work like "Wheels Of Steel" or "Strong Arm Of The Law," but it's still a fantastic CD. I give you a 5 for your great musical culture and consistency. HAIL TO DEFENDER85!!
