You're wrong to think that way about MJ (and probably also about this album, the production not Timberlake who is probably just a puppet), but we've already talked about it and I'm boring the others and then I'm in a silly mood today, take care my big dog!

"Without censorship, without limits, without feeling the need to cater to the tastes of PEOPLE! Who has the courage to do something like that if not those two lunatics, Tarantino and Rodriguez?" Maybe you haven't realized that those two crafty ones (whom I still care for) are doing just that due to a lack of other ideas (in their early films, they had plenty) and now they’ve resorted to copying here and there, which is a sad thing. I've already mentioned it thousands of times here on DeB, but it's worth recalling the words of the great Peter Steele: "don't confuse what is genius with what is lack of talent." They’re mocking us, guys, wake up.

Indeed, the comment from Rivoli is a bit convoluted...

For once, Neu! you get a bit closer to reality by commenting on something about the Maiden, and probably also about other things (you get closer because the album is not worthy of a 1, a 1 is given to something much worse). The problem is that you almost certainly haven't listened to it because anyone who gives a 1 to "The Number of the Beast" can only be acting in bad faith. Therefore, as always, your judgment and comment are worth what they are: that of an avatar (I mention Avatar because I hope that in real life you are a bit more balanced, and I'm talking about musical tastes, not about anything else, of course; I imagine you are a very nice person and I'm not being ironic) devastated by some complex against the band in question; otherwise, your childish behavior wouldn't make sense. Giving a systematic 1 to anything made by Iron can only be explained like this, or maybe you are a charming provocateur. In that case, happy you, happy all, as my friend Happypippo would say, unfortunately no longer present here.

I'll handle the Poletti myself for once, and I won't even waste time arguing.

Up to "Human Wheels" I followed him and I liked it too, then I lost track of him a bit. The review is comprehensive, maybe a bit too "professional," I would give it a 4, but I really liked the last sentence, so the consequence is the rating.

(I'm cpt) @Bartle: he's probably emphasizing the subjective nature of the statement (as far as Metal is concerned; regarding NWOBHM, I think there’s no doubt that JP were not part of it). Honestly, the albums you mention still seem heavily influenced more by Hard Rock atmospheres rather than strictly Metal (but that's just a personal feeling). However, with "Painkiller," the transition to Heavy is complete. The fact that you’re talking about albums from '82 onwards makes me happy because it suggests I'm not the only one who believes in JP (great band anyway) as a group related to HM and certainly not among the creators.
