Ah, I almost forgot, in my humble opinion, R.E.M. are one of the few bands that have managed to explore different musical territories, like the grunge of "Monster," the hard rock of "New Adventures," and the pop rock of "Out of Time." Of course, comparing them to a band like Jethro Tull makes no sense, and you can't say one is better, one is worse because they are two bands that emerged in different eras and with different influences, but especially in different periods in terms of musical culture...

I wanted to say with the phrase "after all, you know it too" that it cannot be denied that this album is far, far inferior to the band's true masterpieces... the fact is, dear salmacis, that when compared to various Aqualung, Stand Up, Benefit, Thick as a Brick, this seems to me like cheap stuff, but this is always just my opinion!!

you think you're clever, you criticize, you voice your opinions, you offend, you are ridiculous people!!! I'm only referring to those jerks of reviewers who criticize and break everyone's balls from morning till night. you are people without a shred of intelligence and decency.... you make me laugh and you are pathetic, too bad your presence is now constant on this site. you have ruined what could have been a place to exchange opinions, and instead what do they do??? they even make personal insults, bastards that you are!!! but obviously we shouldn't generalize, there are also polite people who criticize but in an educated manner!! go break balls elsewhere...
