The songs were just fillers...Battiato had some, apart from a few composed on the spot with Rossella who was writing lyrics on the fly!! To be honest, Franco had just snatched the band from me, so much so that I had to play the drums for all the tracks and find a bassist and a pianist as...fill-ins!! Don’t twist the knife too much in the wound..thank you!! They are just...trivial little songs!!

"Battiato played his VCS3 in almost all his songs".......this is absolutely not true!!!! The synth was a miserable Davoli Synth ... bought when I was playing with Cristalli Fragili to perform...Impressioni di Settembre by PFM. And it was played by a hired hand from BLA BLA!! I was there!!
