to be well written it is well written... I know, I’m aware that this kind of atmosphere and artistic ambitions would appeal to me: I’m the type, I would say, genetically predisposed to depression... consequently, I keep well away from listening (but also from reading) of such sort: the risk is that I might end up like the authors of these works... Committing suicide as a "lifestyle": how come (sorry for the provocation) those who listen to this music don’t do it, don’t adopt this lifestyle? If I listened to it, I would have already been digested by the forklifts.

Sorry gbrunoro, I didn't quite understand... Do you mean that Cuccurullo wasn't actually playing? Sorry, but I'm not very familiar with the Durans, so if you could explain it to me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

DJ, I recommend the first album by the Durans: pure new wave... as for the quarrel, I too have a mainstream side (even if my '80s listening habits were different: see my reviews), and I wouldn't trade the Durans for the Spands... at least with them you could keep the beat a bit...

ah ah ah, I read it too... do you want to know what I think about the Doors? that they were nothing without Morrison... Do you want to know what I think about Morrison? That he was nothing without the Doors.

In life, I don't try to create antimatter, and among my various hobbies, I take pleasure (a bit less for others) in listening to and reviewing music, so I really don't care to know how, when, or why this album is or isn't perfect from a technical-scientific point of view. As a mere listener, I can say that there are wonderful ideas, spectacular sounds, and masterful performances of things that too often can't be defined as songs.
