Well... let me say that the Florentine scene has produced amazing albums as well as historic ones (even if perhaps a bit late compared to the rest of Europe). Bologna, Pordenone... have been equally important, seminal scenes, but they have released albums of a more "modest" level, aside from maybe the obvious exceptions... Gaznevada, Skiantos... and then CCCP, etc...
