Ah, Radio Birdman, I discovered them many years ago while listening to Stereonotte. The DJ was Federico Guglielmi, who I believe has few rivals when it comes to Punk and its surroundings. He would arrive at 6 in the morning, playing only Punk (like Black Flag, etc.), infuriating the DJ that came after him who hosted a show for those waking up to go to work. Great character Carroll, "City Drops into the Night," is a whirlwind of words and sounds with tremendous emotional strength. Months ago, I searched for it on YouTube, but it's not there. You did well to review this little-known record, which FOR ME is the manifesto of those who lived like wild animals in the 80s.
