Interesting album because it's the first with Nico's true style, but definitely inferior in terms of composition to "Desertshore" and "The End." Cale's contribution is crucial. 3 and a half (leaning towards 4 because she is always extraordinary by default).

Bob Ezrin was quite in love with the Teutonic atmospheres of Bertold Brecht and Kurt Weill..... His role as a producer, keyboardist, and arranger was essential in Lou Reed's Berlin, in "The Elder" by Kiss, and in "The Wall" of certain Pink Floyd....
