The Beatles Abbey Road
Voto:
The usual scathing review of the Beatles that periodically shows up here, it's like the seasonal flu at this point. What can I say, points of view, but I don't think the Beatles can be compared to Tim Buckley or the Pink Floyd of the time, because they mainly focused on experimentation (something the Beatles did very little of, I believe, perhaps only in Revolver).

Great album, nice review. Navarro is truly fantastic.

great album and great review, pompous as usual.

Well, not a great review. To them, as someone else said, I’ve always preferred the Funkadelic. However, this is a great album.

Well, no, five is too much. But aside from the opening track, I think this one can hold its own against the others. This blues/psychedelic turn has worked out really well for him, in my opinion even better than LA Woman. Tracks like The Spy, Roadhouse Blues, Land Ho, and Peace Frog are great.

Good job. I wasn't expecting more from the album than what you said, even though I haven't listened to it.

Unfortunately, we remain just two. I'm sure that at least 70% of those who put "couple of one" have never listened to at least one album from the aforementioned. Or they did it like haardrock92, already starting with preconceived notions. There's a lot of shouting about opening one's mind, about not having prejudices, etc., and then people get lost in these trivialities. In any case, I don't believe that songs like "bollicine," "tropico del cancro," or "colpa d'alfredo" can be defined as ugly. De gustibus, of course.

I believe I'm one of the few here on deb to support at least Vasco's early work. Up to "Bollicine," he was great, then declining, "Liberi Liberi" being the last little flick of the tail. There's no point in spending even a single letter on the album. The review is a bit less fluid than usual.
