I had already seen it for a while, but I hadn't commented. Huge.

I know polyrock, but if you consider that the sound is a bit "dated," the 3 stars are just right. For me, it's not a bad rating, quite the opposite. :)

Flagellum, maybe it also depends on where you are, I live in Trentino and here summer ends at the end of August :-) Small note: I was undecided about the rating, the historical importance would deserve at least one more star, but in the end, I preferred to try to evaluate only the album.
Led Zeppelin In Through the Out Door

Well, in my opinion this is still better than Presence, but in the end it's just average. It's not a matter of "not standing up to the earlier ones" because here they're doing different things; probably the Zep wanted to evolve, and along with that there's a clear decline in inspiration (which started after the fourth album). Clearly, this is how it was meant to be.

Nothing to say, this one is written pretty well too. I don't know the album, but I'll remember it; I quite enjoy kraut in general. Despite the fact that deb is inescapably declining, there are still a few bastions trying to keep it alive.

You make them very long...joking aside, this is very well written. I've listened to them maybe a couple of times, but they never really said much to me; I don't think they shone with great originality compared to other more or less contemporary bands.
John Scofield Plays The Music Of Ray Charles - That's What I Say

I went to see him perform at a theater a couple of years ago; I didn't know him, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not familiar with the album, but maybe I'll give it a chance.

Well, in front of such convincing opinions
Paul Simon So Beautiful Or So What

The main discussion, which I find very interesting apart from these pointless trifles, is what you've brought up at least a couple of times in your reviews so far. I agree with you; I believe that, from experience and having lived through the "best" years of music, the "old" ones still remain better than the "young" ones. However, it is true that an artist who has given so much often struggles to maintain the same creative fire, enthusiasm, and liveliness as a young person. Perhaps the reality is that today music in general has little to offer, regardless of whether its representatives are old or young.
