The Beatles Help!
Voto:
The reviewer is always a guarantee. Just a note: until '66 the Beatles will be very united, and they will still spend vacations together. The virtual and progressive separation will happen after Revolver. The work does not deserve the maximum rating only in relation to those that follow.

Well, it can't be bad, that's for sure.

Oh my... what a shame I can't give it 6 stars...

Oh damn... I apologize, I really messed that up. The core of the future PFM was the "quelli," who played on the album, while the "ribelli" were Demetrio Stratos's group pre-Area, and I think he still plays on the album anyway. I'm sorry again.

I ask one thing from the editors: is it possible to put the genre I wrote (which wasn't supposed to be in the review) instead of "Italian pop"? Among the genres, "symphonic pop" was not there, so I had to make it up.

I only heard radius in "se la mia pelle vuoi" from "amore non amore" by Battisti, never from Mussida. And to conclude, I invite you to listen to Pooh from the aforementioned period, because it's truly worth it. Still needing to establish themselves, they were in a constant search for their sound, and this quest almost always led to good results. Hence the 3 stars.

Thanks to everyone for the votes. I knew that statement about Battaglia would cause more of a stir than the review itself, and perhaps that’s a bad thing, because it leads to judging just one phrase while overlooking the rest. In any case, the period of 6 years I mentioned - '73/'79 - seems to me the most representative for the Pooh in general, and for Battaglia, who was the real "cornerstone" of the group. At that time, there might have been better musicians in terms of compositional talent, but I was referring to the purely stylistic-technical side.

Anyway, in my opinion, the rumor about Jones's death isn't entirely false. I mean, when they saw he was taking different paths, the good twins did everything to marginalize him, practically putting him on the road to departure. A bit like Barrett and the Floyd, although the situation is slightly different.

Well, blackdog, talking about "minor albums" with the Rolling Stones from this period is quite difficult. I haven't even mentioned Let It Bleed, which perhaps has the most beautiful Rolling song, "Gimme Shelter." They are all more or less on par. Good job, hardrock, I always agree with your way of thinking.
