Deep Purple The Book of Taliesyn
Voto:
Okay, it’s true they are always there, Blackmore, Lord, and Paice from Deep Purple, the real ones, the magnificent ones, the historic ones. It’s okay that Lord here is already quite inspired… but this is a mediocre album, come on, how can it get a 4? I don’t know how many times I yawned while listening to it. The cover of Kentucky Woman is also nice, but among their own songs, only Wring That Neck is decent. The rest is low-quality stuff. I won’t give it a 1 because I still prefer it to junk from bands like Who and Cream, just to name a couple. To the reviewer: Also sprach Zarathustra is by Nietzsche, by the way…

3 because in his mediocrity he’s not even ugly
3 because you can already notice a bit of musical technique
3 because the covers are well done and originally interpreted
3 because among the songs written by the DP, perhaps only Love Help Me is good
3 because, although played well, the sound of the drums and the organ really sucks
3 because they will definitely hit rock bottom with the next album

I appreciate you. Because when a record is considered overrated and everyone keeps praising it left and right, I know what it feels like to just not be able to wrap your head around it. Sometimes you find yourself listening to it more times, and more carefully, to understand how so many accolades are possible. You did well to share your thoughts and perspectives. I give it a 4 because I really like Time and Brain Damage and also quite like Money and The Great Gig. The rest is actually not that great...

Thetrooper, you forgot to remember that the founders, the top exponents, the gods, the most technical, the longest-lasting, the most consistent, and the inventors of metal and its derivatives are Iron Maiden and to remember the flaws of others. That's why I give you a 5. Well, you ranked them first on a list of bands... but that’s negligible ;-)
Metallica Ride The Lightning

Fade to black, Ride the lightning, For whom the bell tolls, Creeping death, The call of Ktulu... chills!!! One masterpiece after another, each more beautiful than the last. Inspired, played excellently. The best of MetallicA, of thrash, of metal, and one of the best in rock. MASTERPIECE MASTERPIECE MASTERPIECE
