Great cover of Perfect Strangers.

MASTERPIECE. There's no point in beating around the bush and listening to all the nonsense from the usual nostalgic critics. As for the review, I agree with most of the points, but some less so.

I don't dare to rate the album! Because I would be too subjective. I don’t dispute its success, its emblematic nature, and its historical significance. But I’m just saying that I don’t like it, I don’t like it at all. Overall, in a genre that is commercially oriented and not very musically committed by nature, for me, Nirvana remain the only ones who’ve made some pretty good songs. I repeat: subjective opinion.

I share what you said. The album is ugly and unbearable. Not even putting it with Load and Reload, which were still good, especially the first one. But you could have also done a review that was a bit more engaged...

Usual huge nonsense written about this album and about Load and Reload, yours and HetfieldGod's. You’ve really broken my balls. The album is a MASTERPIECE. The history of music speaks for itself. You poor souls, you listen to it with the hatred of those who hold a grudge against the change in style (what fixations!!!). Too bad, you don’t know what you’re missing.

I just commented on the latest review of Ride the Lightning, praising it as an absolute masterpiece of metal. Here, we are exactly on the opposite side: TRASH, TRASH, TRASH. This is not metal; this is some sort of mix of post-grunge, nu-metal, alternative, etc., with ugly and unbearable tracks. A completely negative album that, however, does not in any way tarnish the extraordinary career of Metallica, as long as it remains an isolated incident.

!!!MASTERPIECE!!!MASTERPIECE!!!MAST ERPIECE!!! There are no other words to describe this album. Inspired, powerful, technical, linear, moving. Thrash metal like no one has ever done it... ride the lightning, for whom the bell tolls, fade to black, creeping death, the call of ktulu... oh my goodness, what songs. And the others seem minor only because they are alongside such, too much beauty! One of the best albums in the entire history of rock.

Anyway, Led Zeppelin II is from '70 and Machine Head is from '72! Serious mistakes. As for the album, in contrast to the poems of boxis, I won't make any comments: the music and history speak for themselves.
