The review is not very thorough and doesn't fully reflect the experimentation in this work, which is a product of the entire experimental period and lacks a post "Dirt" tour. The album deserves a 4; it's a good piece of work but falters in some "Cantrellian" moments. However, it's the lyrics that add something extra, with Layne reaching a truly complete level of maturity in his writing here!

Nice review, the album is brave and takes a drastic turn with the band's sound, but unfortunately, the band itself will never rise again.

The reception is a bit sparse, but good. The album in question is one of the best of the last decade by Voivod ('93-'03) along with Phobos; it's a shame that the great Piggy passed away in '05.

Great review for a masterpiece of an album like "Indelible Fire," you have been uniquely precise and sharp in describing the songs. I also completely agree that U2 have not been the same since at least Zooropa.

The reception is good from your point of view, the album in my humble opinion is the band's best work in every respect, it lacks that decidedly carefree vibe of sgt pepper, but who cares, it's an avant-garde album unjustly overshadowed by the psychedelic underground wave of '67!

Great review, really well done on bringing out this album. I was in the third year of technical school in '93, and among all the grunge records, it was the one I listened to the most at that time!
Virginiana Miller Gelaterie Sconsacrate
Voto:
one of the most interesting albums of the last 12-13 years, intense is the right adjective to define it!
the review starts well, good introduction, but then you suddenly stop and take everything for granted; a few more details were needed, something that struck you on an emotional level, it's important to express that in a review, not just stick to the specifics!

Great review, Bugatti has outdone himself, a mature record and new horizons both for him and for the entire Italian singer-songwriter scene. I haven't bought such an interesting Italian album since the Virginiana Miller's "gelaterie sconsacrate" '97.

Great review, the album is very interesting and to be honest, the new-wave imprint that Montesano and the Heroes give to the entire record is enjoyable, we are in '89!
In my opinion, they should have continued down this path between Mediterranean rock and new wave, even against the current; in fact, from '91 to '96 there was a total rejection of the entire new wave style, but from '98 onwards it has been reassessed quite a bit, who knows, maybe they would have never split up!
