@47: so, try Bad Religion (not that they're experimental, but they have songs that are a bit more elaborate than those of the Ramones and a proper singer), Refused ("The Shape of Punk to Come", now that's something more unique), something by Dwarves (more recent stuff though), or Cacophony by Rudimentary Peni. And then, well, London Calling is always worth recommending.
