Regarding the technical abilities of the group, I would have some reservations after having had the opportunity to meet them in person (the only one who knew something was the singer, but the others....) just as I would about the average quality of the compositions.

In the end, the important thing is the music, so I would say yes... if we were to listen to (or read, or watch, etc.) only stuff we completely agree with, we would be excluding the vast majority of the world's artistic production... then of course, if the artist says sensible things, it's not a bad thing (but then again, this is a point with a high degree of relativity)... but in the end, it's music, not a political/social manifesto, right?
