THE REVIEW

Let's start from the end: this record is probably one of the best Post-Hardcore albums ever produced (despite containing only seven tracks). To understand this, it actually takes very little… already on the first listen, the opener "10:45 Amsterdam Conversation" makes it clear what we're dealing with.
Post-Hardcore at its best, intense and fast, made brilliant by an excellent yet non-intrusive production, embellished with melodies that are hard to forget.
The rhythms are always vigorous, they never hit the brakes, at most they allow themselves to ease off the accelerator for a few seconds (only to speed up again), and this is probably one of the album's greatest strengths, as it ensures a comfortable distance from today's sugary productions.
What else can be said? An EP that towers over the genre, which at its time (2003) shone like a flash of lightning on the Post-Hardcore scene, now sunk into the darkest depths (or nearly so), and even today remains one of the highest points reached in the genre.
