Yes, you read that right. I've tried to be objective (or at least ecumenical): even though I personally don't like it much, I have to acknowledge (judging by the authority of those who speak well of it) that it seems to be a great album!

Exactly, I agree, what a great year 2007. This (I had forgotten to go back and vote for it: 4.5), Mirrored by Battles, Yes U by Devastations, Drums And Guns by Low, Go Go Smear The Poison Ivy by Mum, Motoro Faam, Hurtbreak Wonderland by World's End Girlfriend, Big City by Zita Swoon, Thee Stranded Horse, and I’ll throw in In Rainbows as well. To limit ourselves to those with more than 4 stars.

Hi alberto88, the fact that classical music always gets a 5 (on DeBaser) doesn’t, in my opinion, rely on any sacred aura; simply, like with all "non-new" works, it’s unlikely that anyone will bother to review an album they don’t like. When having to delve into the countless works of the past, it’s natural to tend to select the best ones, both for personal inclination and because (in the specific case of classical music) it’s also time that does the selecting, ensuring that lesser works (which all composers have produced) don’t reach us with the same brilliance.
