No antimo, the kind of person who doesn't drink and doesn't die cannot exist based on human biology (if it ever does exist, it will be a mutant, another biological type still explainable based on our axioms - like, they obtain fluids in another way, I dunno, I'm ignorant in biology). This is a law that establishes the impossibility of something, not one that says "so far it hasn't been possible." There are many like that: take perpetual motion, for example. "Perpetual motion is not possible," end of story: it's not that "so far no one has managed to achieve it."

Okay, the axiom is what you say, true, it cannot be proven in itself: however, it can be indirectly because the physical laws (or biological ones like the one cited by caz) are demonstrable through the system of axioms we are able to formulate.
