I’m sorry, but I disagree with almost everything you’ve written. One Hot Minute is the last decent album (even though it was practically by another band), this is clearly the beginning of the decline. Also, Frusciante is a nice little genius, yes, but for me the single most important element, the most distinctive one, is definitely Flea (not to mention that all the members do a good job). Finally, Emit Remmus is the only good song on this album. Cheers.
