A poignant, imaginative, sweet, and dreamlike album with nuances that seek the taste of synesthetic and metaphorical storytelling. Truly outstanding. GENERALE, L'IMPICCATO, RENOIR, and DUE ZINGARI are the strong points. For me, De Gregori is the best of all and will always be. The most consistent, serious and committed, while also being musically innovative and stimulating, and catchy (which is always a plus). Plus, he's from Rome like me, we share the same political ideas. After De Gregori, my favorites are De André and then Guccini.
