roky, I'm stopping you right there. I agree with your "technical" assessment of a job like this. But are we sure we’re evaluating the importance it has had for generations 30 years later? Yes, I'm really talking about my beloved stoner rock and all its more or less famous followers. I'm referring to the mood and the grooves it releases, to the freaky feeling it emits (yes, I'm getting excited). And then, they make my legs crumble when they do the cover of Satisfaction. The attitude is stoner, it seems to me that there were few bands that had it in '69-70 (mind you, not psychedelia).
