You are mistaken about the melodic parts (I love Isis, Pelican, Capricorns, Burst, Cult Of Luna, Cave In, and the whole post-hardcore gang, there are beautiful melodies there. I'm not a beast, I also have a heart filled with chocolate, huh. You are also wrong about the simple riffs (I pump up Fu Manchu, Motorhead, and all those punk & roll bands that with two chords and volumes cranked up give more emotions than various guitar wankers. Then, liking technical stuff is another matter. As for the fact that I hate nu, you're not mistaken :)). Indeed Cool, the latest is a bit better than the two messes made with Arue Ghei Luster, but it still has the queer chromosomes that have remained since The Burning Red, and those don't come off easily. It’s not Rawk like The More Things. Yes, they were important, but I repeat, in the following 10 years a tide of bands copied the Panta Style, not the MH style.
