The Beatles and Elvis may have been mediocre musicians, but the importance they had is more of a sociological issue than a musical one... It's true that now the four insects may seem outdated, but we have to think about when they wrote the songs (which in some cases contained insights that were absolutely ahead of their time). They may not sound magnificent, but it's the ideas that make the Beatles' songs special! Aside from that, the collection is mediocre...
