I really enjoyed this album; I was thinking of writing a review, but I still haven't fully absorbed it. I realized this because I couldn't find the right words. Only two were needed: elegant and refined… already :)

Faber is Faber, but Cohen is certainly no less. I love both in different ways. I really hope that one day Cohen will sing some songs by De André. I read about such a project a few years ago. I'm waiting...

For me, this is an absolutely fantastic album, yet not the last great album by Leonard Cohen. "Ten New Songs" is certainly not a minor album, quite the opposite. Perhaps "Ten New Songs" needs more time to be appreciated and loved. In any case, when it comes to Cohen, it's hard to pinpoint bad or insignificant albums. I do remember that some tracks from this CD were in the soundtrack of "Natural Born Killers." They might have been "The Future" and "Waiting for the Miracle," but I wouldn't want to misremember. Bye.

I confirm the 5 of gabri to maxg, even though for me the rest of their production matters too (at least the one I've listened to). Prolonging the Magic I liked a lot and even today I listen to it from time to time. I find them straightforward, ironic, and very entertaining. Comfort Eagle, on the other hand, disappointed me a bit; I found it a bit flat. In their discography, there should be another album that I don’t remember hearing. Bye.
