Poison Open Up And Say... Ahh!
Voto:
great album, as often happened in those wonderful years that were the '80s, when amazing records came out one after another... in my opinion, Poison completely peaked with this album, which remains their high point, even if what came after solidified their public recognition. The video is also nice, where Brett Michaels gets some action from Pamela Anderson; if you dig around a bit on mulo or winmx, you'll definitely find it :D

Given that I am not kirk89, I don't understand why the hell you have to offend: I get that someone might be repressed or frustrated (can't get laid? are you chronic unemployed? life failures?), but why the hell do you care about the concerts that others go to? Come on, have a few laughs in life, think about enjoying yourself... is it possible that you live only to be bitter, or to insult, or to show off how much better you are than others? What a sad life, damn... get out a bit, go see a nice concert, have a good wank (no talk of getting laid, that’s off the table...)
bye bye :D

For those who gave a 1 to the concert: did you even see it? You can trash my review, fine, but I was curious to understand the reasoning behind the rating for the concert. A live show is dedicated to the fans; if someone isn't interested, that's their problem, but they shouldn't ruin it for others. Besides, I've always avoided reviewing albums that have already been reviewed, but if Iron Maiden are beloved, is that my fault? Just don't care and move on, right? Bye!
Ozzy Osbourne No Rest For The Wicked

Anyway, this album has quite a few gems... and then it sums up Ozzy in the '80s, I don't feel like trashing it... from here on, Ozzy has definitively turned into mommy Sharon's little toy...
Steve Stevens Atomic Playboys
Voto:
Yes, yes, all right, especially because I absolutely adore that flashy Steve!
JJ Cale & Eric Clapton Road To Escondido

Damn the Mac and Safari, I've just realized that they've cut off the beginning of the review! Anyway, it started like this: "In times like these, escape is the only way to stay alive and keep on dreaming. (Henry Laborit)."
Frank Zappa Joe's Garage Acts I, II & III
Voto:
Yes, yes, absolute masterpiece! Perhaps one of Zappa's most accomplished albums; every time I listen to it, it feels like I'm hearing a different, completely new album. Stunning.
U2 Live In San Siro 2005 (bootleg)

if you had waited a bit, you could have reviewed the official DVD of the San Siro concert that will be released at Christmas (or has it already come out? I don’t know...). In any case, I saw the first of the two Milan concerts, and I must say my impression was really mediocre: if it hadn’t been for all the fuss with the special effects, it would have been an absolutely terrible concert... luckily I got the ticket for free, because if I had paid, I would have been seriously pissed off!
Iron Maiden Killers
Voto:
stunning record, absolute masterpiece, but dear carloirons you're going a bit overboard...
Deep Purple In Rock

one of the few albums that made me jump half a meter at the first listen... exceptional!
