Unquestionable electro/trip/dub (but from here to shout masterpiece.. there’s a long way to go)
Industrial iconoclastic ferocity like few: a single (to say so..) extracted from.. I can’t remember the title of the L.P. (well, it’ll be for another time)
Bad Religion: The Process Of Belief
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
Of course, the early works were a completely different matter... but a good half hour can still be afforded.
One in the studio + three live. (1995)
One in the studio (published) + two unreleased. (1995)
Four Tracks: 1996.
Adorable mini-cd (included with Blow Up)
Charity... for those who played for us (a lot), for those who had to survive (very little)
Primitive death metal, as blind as it needs to be. Peaceville Rec. 1992
Bathory: Bathory
Vinile I have it
Mom, what a scare!! (more than the Blair witch..)
(Please read the notes of "Bathory")
Bathory: Under The Sign Of The Black Mark
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
I absolutely loved this platter... of course I listened to a lot of crap... (what an awful youth!)
(Of course I was re-listening to some bullshit... what a filthy youth (pt. 2)!
Bathory: Jubileum Vol. 1
CD Audio I have it
A comprehensive collection (even epic/plucky metal can be found here..)
Bathory: Jubileum Vol. 2
CD Audio I have it
Comprehensive Collection Vol. 2 (even epic/triumphant metal can be found here..)
Beastie Boys: Hello Nasty
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
One of the rare examples of hip hop that I tolerate... even though I much preferred ILL COMMUNICATION.
It almost doesn't seem like a rap production (is that why I like it?).
Beck: Midnite Vultures
CD Audio I have it
Why don’t they play this stuff in the club? I might even reconsider my dance philosophy.
Beck: Sea Change
CD Audio I have it
I don't know why, but this record fascinates me endlessly.
Aside from the title of grind, there’s really very little of that on this album: nonetheless, it's solid and at times quite enjoyable.
High-quality Emo/HC (by the way, there's also Ray Cappo...)
Sonic Youth-isms galore and slithering noise (1990). Good!
Electro super technological and "determined."
Black Sabbath: The Eternal Idol
Vinile I have it ★★★★
Tommy Iommi doesn't give up and hires the (good) Tony Martin on vocals: an enjoyable record.
So charming this acoustic track taken from the first self-titled (1992)
Beautiful... with that touch of healthy aggression (sonic youth bait) that has been somewhat marginalized over time.
Oblique and intricate as always.
Gradually lightened... but still with remarkable quality.
If (still unknown) they intrigued Thurston Moore... there must have been a reason.
Very big.. (as always) even more convoluted structures in this ciddì.
Mini CD (5 tracks) definitely surprising (and beautiful).
Good semi-modern jazz.
After the overwhelming "Realm Of Chaos," a disc with no great pretensions (and more laid-back).
Great group, visionary, crooked and (gracefully) noisy.
Breach: Venom
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
Truly venomous, this extremely furious album: a devastating mix of Unsane and Neurosis... but with more flair.
Breach: Kollapse
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
What a group... what a group, ladies and gentlemen: the last (most valuable) legacy.
Breach: It''s Me God
CD Audio I have it
One of the best (pseudo)noise records to ever come out of old Europe.
Breach: Friction
CD Audio I have it
Good.. but the best (very good) will come later.
Brujeria: Matando Gueros
CD Audio I have it
Oh my goodness... what an absurd album: theoretically also fun but only if equipped with a decent dose of super-ironic antibodies.
Brujeria: Brujerizmo
CD Audio I have it
In my opinion, it's the best played of their ridiculous/funny (at times) discography. (Members of Fear Factory collaborate..)
