Vinile I have it ★★★★
4.8/5, it barely misses the maximum score. An absolutely fantastic album that unfolds in a crescendo, from the catchiest track to the most cacophonous. When it ends, it leaves you feeling both empty and filled with anger towards society, but also filled with so much joy for having experienced a piece of highly refined art.
Art Blakey: Holiday For Skins Vol. 1
Vinile I have it ★★★★
An experiment in bringing African percussion back to the world of jazz, long before it became fashionable.
They may have chosen the name somewhat randomly, but when this album was released, it was truly the most futuristic thing the general public had ever heard.
Carlos Puebla: Carlos Puebla
Vinile I have it ★★★★
Among propaganda music, it is probably the one I listen to most frequently, both attentively and in the background. Sadly, it is remembered almost exclusively for "Hasta siempre," but that is not the only one; it’s good to dig into the rest.
A journey through continents and cultures while remaining firmly anchored in a dark and self-produced soul. All things considered, the best album by CCCP, in my opinion.
Colosseum: Valentyne Suite
Vinile I have it ★★★★
The vote refers almost exclusively to the suite: precursor to the upcoming prog, it is equally light, melodic, refined, and wicked, rocking and stubborn.
Death Grips: The Money Store
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
Death Grips, for better or worse, have returned to rap that violence and danger that had, over time, been somewhat lost. For this alone, they are commendable. This Money Store also has the added bonus of being a tremendously catchy album perfectly suited for repeated listens (even non-ironic ones).
Emerson, Lake & Palmer: Tarkus
Vinile I have it ★★★★
Fast, relentless, and full of so many beautiful synth sounds.
Herbie Hancock: Sextant
Vinile I have it ★★★★
First track is spacey, the second is almost funky, the third is pure fusion. Overall, a very enjoyable package, it sounds very analog.
Herbie Hancock: Headhunters
Vinile I have it ★★★★
The first track would be enough to explain funk to a novice. But then there's also the second one...
Jean Michel Jarre: Zoolook
Vinile I have it ★★★★
Half ambient and half dance, here Jarre wanted to throw the fava de fora and he succeeded quite well. I really appreciate the experimentation with voices; as for the music, Jarre is always at his very highest levels even here.
Jethro Tull: Thick As A Brick
Vinile I have it ★★★★
The best review is the one right on the newspaper/cover.
Macintosh Plus: Floral Shoppe
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
Say what you want, but this album gives me very strong emotions.
Mike Oldfield: Amarok
Vinile I have it ★★★★
A fantastic brick
Mike Oldfield: Ommadawn
Vinile I have it ★★★★
A very wide range of emotions conveyed by the skilled fingers of one of the best composers of the last 50 years.
Mike Oldfield: Tubular Bells
Vinile I have it ★★★★
TATATATATATA TAH TAH (even just the ending is worth 5 or 6 other albums)
Miles Davis: Dark Magus
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
An incredibly immersive chaos. Among the best jazz albums ever released and first among all-time noise albums.
Sincere, personal, slightly psychedelic, and very original. The most commendable aspect is the presence of brass instruments and many instrumental parts that feel almost vaudeville/circus-like, even though the melodies are quite bare when they're on their own.
Paul mccartney: Ram
Vinile I have it ★★★★
Raw and rough sketches, others more developed. And I don’t understand what you have against Linda McCartney’s voice. I find it fully in line with the project and very authentic.
Yes: Close To The Edge
Vinile I have it ★★★★★
It's true that the rest of their output has been on a downward trend, but when you release an album like this, it's hard to go uphill. The best prog album.

Whether it's really the best... I don't know. Anyway, I’m one of those crazy enough to prefer "Tales...
