Two albums: the studio one, although of very high quality, somewhat follows the psychedelic trend of the moment, while the live one is pure "Hard Rock". The three musicians play each on their own, but the overall result is incredible.

Perhaps the best studio album by the Stones.

... a beautiful struggle to choose the best during that magical time for the Stones ... but this one really has 10 masterpieces 10 ... and then that initial ride that endears the Devil so much (especially in any live rendition), makes me prefer it over all the others.

I completely agree: and that’s why I added "in studio" in parentheses. The live rendition of Sympathy For The Devil enhances "Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!", thanks also to Mick Taylor's contribution.

Certainly one of the best, but I have no doubts about putting in front of it the triad Sticky Fingers, Let it Bleed, and Exile.

The first LP I bought. Not the Stones' best work (slaughtered by critics, rejected by the band themselves, and not even my favorite), it remains a unique record and a crucial milestone for the group's music and Rock in general.
