Zucchero: Blue's
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
To err is human; even Zucchero can make a great album.

You meant to say "A nice compilation of songs stolen from... uh... covers."

    another cliché
    sugar is crap

and yet it’s strong, plagiarism included

    How boring.

Alright, a bit of lightness every now and then. I like it.

I’m not angry with you. I’m angry with the usual “thing” that takes advantage of a light-hearted joke to start gossiping about stereotypes regarding strong people, yes, because it pleases him, so we all end up talking in clichés, as long as he can play the contrarian.

Alright, it's the same old story, you see. I'm just going to let it go.

For me, in this case, you are the contrarians. It's such a cliché in here to take potshots at some universally valid artists that if someone tries to defend them, they have to be called a contrarian? What absurdity.

    Universally valid. Hi Ribaldo.

Zucchero has done some crazy stuff, BUT he's the guy who wrote "Miserere" and that's enough for me :)

In reality, the smile was two dots.
  • Cialtronius
    11 sep 17
but he has written many other beautiful ones, not just miserere...

Cialtronius, that's fine, but compared to his other works, IN MY OPINION, it's on another planet.

Well, yes, it's more or less his masterpiece, but I think it's mainly due to the added value of the lyrical part.

Just to say that I have nothing against light listening, quite the opposite… but I don’t understand what the problem is in not appreciating Zucchero and, you know, Queen… where’s the cliché? … and what the heck does universally valid mean? … I like a lot of light music, like really a lot… I listen to it a bit by chance on the radio and a bit on YouTube… similarly, there’s a lot of light music that I can’t stand, Zucchero for example (who’s actually talented, by the way… and has a great voice, but his songs are not for me)… here’s the thing, I think that the phrase "not for me" says a lot… I even appreciate some of Jovanotti's stuff, just to say… but sure, the great artists are others and everyone has their own favorite great artists…

the "problem" is that there are too many of you here, it's statistically improbable... the same goes for Vasco Rossi, here he's considered the cream of the crap... well then what is Ligabue? it's a widely accepted feeling that's been around for years, that's what I'm saying, and it's this and only this that drives me crazy... by universally I meant objectively, don't be foolish too luludia because you're at a certain age, hjhj that's enough (to give stupid little answers like universally+hi)

"It's a common sentiment that's been solidified over the years, that's what I say." And in fact, you're spouting nonsense. Because you have to, it’s stronger than you. You have to go against the grain, even when it doesn’t make sense. This is not the entire world of music listeners; this is Debaser, where a large segment of the audience thinks Zucchero sucks. Uhhhhh, what a terrible and shocking thing, statistically improbable even, but it must be a common sentiment bla bla, sure, logical. By universally, you meant objectively. Zucchero is OBJECTIVELY valid... But why am I still talking to this? Why? Goodness, with you they should bring back Contatoredicasiumani. And then, damn, I have to say it, it’s been years since I’ve said this to a user, seriously... To someone else, the fact that they like Zucchero (and if they don’t bother others with Queen and don’t pester those who don’t like him, all the better) I wouldn’t even have said anything (like to bluesky, poor guy, who doesn’t spout nonsense and listens to his stuff that he likes) but to you, I really have to say it: you understand fuck all about music, you have the musical sensitivity of a zucchini. There, I've said that hateful and stupid phrase that should only be reserved for fans of Gigi D'Alessio.

    1) There’s nothing objectively valid, not even Mozart... 2) I like the first Vasco... 3) If we’re too many here, there will be fewer elsewhere... 4) Universally + hi is an excellent response... 5) I don’t like any attitude of superiority like "I listen to cool stuff, so I hate pop songs," even if maybe for some it’s a natural attitude after expanding their listening beyond the average (NATURAL BUT WRONG)... 5) But I don’t like the opposite attitude either, like "you only listen to weird stuff"... everyone listens to WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANT... AND THE NEXT PERSON WHO TELLS ME I DON’T LIKE QUEEN BECAUSE I WANT TO BE COOL SHOULD KNOW THAT I JUST DON’T LIKE THEM BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY SUCK... clear the concept?

But then you see this thing from how it seems you take pleasure in going on the profile or the pages of some very renowned artists here on DeBaser (which is A music site, and you should be well aware of the general tastes of the users, it's not like you just come in and say Zucchero is fine and change things) and you say HOW BORING, WHAT A DRAG, OVERRATED. But I couldn't care less if this annoys you; it's just that you do it on purpose. But what the hell do you find? Really. It's like luludia took pleasure in saying every time someone puts up "WHAT A DRAG, GENESIS SUCKS." I know they suck to you, but at least he doesn't take pleasure in trashing them just to go against the general taste of this particular site. But for crying out loud, sign up for a site dedicated to Queen or Zucchero or Battisti, or at least something you like, Zucchero, without constantly bothering others and their opinions just because you don't feel the same way. Well, you drive me crazy. You and your way of "thinking."

"If we're too many here, there will be fewer elsewhere." Thank you, lulù. In that case, let's get two puppets.

I'm starting to get annoyed by Queen too, oh, poor things.

By the way, it's funny to notice how, even though I made the usual joke about plagiarism, no one would have ever bothered bluesky for saying that 'this Zucchero album is good' (and in fact, this is NOT an UGLY album). No-one.

But then excuse me, really... Ribà, what if I told you, and I could say it, why not, that Van Morrison, who I know you might not like, is an objectively valid artist? What would you say in response? No? And on what basis do you say that what you think is valid and what I say is not? Or would you agree that he is objectively valid? But you don't like him. And why can't I think Zucchero is terrible, for various reasons?

    Are you done?

For God's sake, how much do you talk?
Go take a walk because I can't even read you.
