By the way, this has an average rating of 5 on the site, not much gets through to the deb. This says a lot about the beauty of this album!

Recently reassessed, it's funny how in rock I can listen to the most macabre, cryptic, and dark things but have been subdued by a little disc (by the way, famous all over the world for years) of that genre; they are places that don't belong to me, ugly, empty, desolate, a real nightmare, the old America I was used to seeing in those really ugly movies and cartoons on cathode ray tube, with colors all fucked up and dead that worsen with the aging of the film over the years, living in a world no different from a cell. The fact is that today I would give it a 1 out of spite, I hate it, it makes me nauseous.

ps. let's not forget 'Return of the 36 Chambers' by Ol' Dirty Bastard. One of the dirtiest, raunchiest, funniest, and 'punk' rap albums I can remember. Genius.
