The ultimate pop song: its simplicity has made it immortal.
The Beatles: Let it be

It's not essential; I find it a bit overrated... it would be worth hearing the "naked" version, that is, the one that is truer to the group's original ideas considering Phil Spector's heavy hand. Nevertheless, it's a great album.
The Beatles: Abbey Road

A wonderful epitaph, perhaps one of the most complete albums ever, not a single filler. Let it be doesn’t really fit, it’s more like a compilation of old tracks.
The Beatles: Revolver

I might be exaggerating, but then again I've already said that my beloved "scarrafone" remains Abbey Road... but who the hell cares, all the Beatles' albums are magnificent :-) except for the early ones, which have aged a bit poorly.
The Beatles: the Beatles

The most experimental of the fab four, here there are many musical innovations such as the very first echoes of heavy metal (helter skelter), pop episodes that recall their early days (back in the u.s.s.r, obladi oblada, I'm so tired), and a 100% noise and nonsense track that is revolution 9, a disturbing succession of reverse sounds and bizarre noises.
It's not perfect (there are skippable songs, like obladi...) but that's part of the charm of this semi-masterpiece double album.
When music is pure art...

the first electronic love is never forgotten (three dots symbolizing a romantic sigh, cheeky but a little childish coming your way)...

The first one, "Experience", remains unbeatable in my opinion.

"Narayan" is worth the whole album to me; for the rest, I prefer the earlier ones. Live, they’re still a lot of fun, even with the latest semi-flaccid releases, I’d say.

a masterpiece of Italian light music with magnificent sounds. It's a shame they haven't matched these levels again.
