    As a subjective ranking, it's just fine. As an objective one, I think it's quite terrible, considering that Dream Theater (including blasphemy about the singer) are second and Stratovarius are ninth... I really can't see Guns N' Roses coming in fourth... in any case, debaserosi greetings!

    As a ranking of heavy metal & hard rock bands, it would be almost decent... but as a ranking of the best artists in an absolute sense, it is undoubtedly lacking... brilliant, on the other hand, is the intuition of Alan Sorrenti, truly a strike like Ibrahimovic! :D

    this is a subjective ranking. My expertise doesn't go much beyond metal/rock. And I'm not even a metalhead.

    disgraceful ranking! Metallica, Cradle of Filth, and Yngwie J. Malmsteen should be included in the list of the worst. (just because there isn't an embarrassment ranking)

    The early Metallica among the worst, maybe not. It's certainly a pretty ugly ranking. And I was being nice.

    Mr. Money: do you know what? My previous ranking was more about classic heavy and power, but they bored me in the long run; unlike Metallica and Cradle, which I have almost always enjoyed. I didn't really like Malmsteen until the recent albums with The Ripper, which I really like, while Ozzy, for example, I discovered not long ago outside of Sabbath and I like him a lot. The rest, I think, is objectively more than plausible.

    It sounds SLIGHTLY subjective to me. No hard feelings, but maybe you should have specified the genre since the variety in this ranking is utopian.

    Yes, I didn't specify it well, but I mainly listen to metal (heavy-power-prog) and rock. Also, I like commercial gothic like Him, Sirenia, etc. Recently, however, thanks to this quite useful site, I've broadened my horizons to jazz and classical (not symphonic), which still don't fully captivate me.

    No, I don’t know them. I had half a mind to get the latest one, but it didn't work out; partly because I often buy thrash and all sorts of other stuff, as well as lesser-known bands. Just to say, I discovered Costello not long ago; he’s someone who writes very well. About a year ago, I wouldn’t have even noticed him...
