tenendo presente un po' tutto, dalle doti vocali alla capacità di emozionare..:
"the Voice of rock" è il modo in cui viene soprannominato...ho detto tutto.

Um, Bono Vox????? Not that I think he's terrible, but put next to Plant not even in the most absurd jokes...

For me, Bono sings. Always. And well. And with a warm voice that has always impressed me (from the '80s all the way to that masterpiece, Achtung Baby). Plant sometimes screams in a loud way, sometimes he sings well. It's a matter of taste..!

No, I'm not insulting you! I totally agree that up to "Achtung Baby" they pulled out something good! @Fede(zan), it may not be like Plant (also because they've both played with their voices for a while), but if you want, listen to "Red Hill Mining Town" from 1987 when he still had a bit of voice left :D

I think I know it, otherwise I wouldn't have made this ranking... look at who’s in first place!!

As far as I'm concerned, you've got almost all of them (ranking position aside).

The best singer of all time is missing, Tim Buckley. Personally, I would remove almost everyone you have included in this ranking. De Gustibus.

Wow.. I had already commented :) anyway, once again I mostly agree with everything.. except on Bowie, who despite his historical importance, I wouldn’t rank above Plant and Vedder.. I also think Bono from 'Unforgettable Fire' to 'Stay' was an unforgettable singer... to finish, I would have added Adam Duritz and Ed Kowalczyk (former lead singer of Live) but I guess I'm biased when it comes to those two :) goodbye fede

Hi guys, I just added David Sylvian on the fly that I had shamefully forgotten, I need to think about the order!

that high-pitched voice doesn’t really shake me up, you know, like Geddy Lee or all those power vocals from the '90s. I prefer warm, passionate voices, less cold.
