Huge my dear Alpine user. They might not like it, but what I don't understand are the users who say they love Tool and don't appreciate this. Which is the quintessence of their sound. Bah. In the meantime, let’s enjoy it and rejoice that we have lived long enough to listen to it ... you know, I was starting to fear.

Ahahahahahahaha...you're right, especially considering my venerable age. This morning I ran into Alekos, the one who wrote the uncivil review of the new Tool album I recommended to you, while I was heading out for a hike in a side valley of my Ossola. Unfortunately, he was coming up from another path, and during the few minutes we shared on the trail, we talked about Tool and the total beauty of Fear Inoculum. We agree that it will take dozens of listens, months if not years, to fully embrace the album's vision; I wonder how anyone can make such hasty judgments about an album so complex, long, endless...simply unique!!!

I really like it. And among everything I've listened to so far from 2019, it's the one that resonates with me the most. I'm looking forward to Lanegan.

First by a long shot! They made us wait just a little bit... But I honestly didn't expect an album like this.

Overrated tool album, even though for everyone it is the masterpiece of the decade. It feels to me like I'm seeing the same thing that happened with sleep.

Well... I wouldn't say it's overrated. Not everyone has been clapping their hands, just read some reviews around. For me, it remains an incredible album; I'm still listening to it with great pleasure and I don't feel any weariness. Some people may not like Tool, that's fine. I really don't understand those who claim to love the sounds of the past and despise this, which is a culmination. Produced after so many years, as if we had been bombarded like the commercials of Celentano on Mediaset networks. Who knows.

it's not a bad record..... I'm just saying that there's too much enthusiasm.....

But there are always absolutist uncritical fans. Tool gather support of all kinds. A mass phenomenon, with all that it entails.

I loved the early albums so much... they are historic and beautiful albums.

Tom York, against all odds, I liked him. The others were nowhere to be found.
